Just when you thought you saw everything, a Tennessee lumber owner claimed to have seen the image of Jesus in a split-open tree trunk. And just to make sure his eyes are not tricking him, he went around the neighborhood asking people to check if the trunk does indeed bear the image of Christ. 70% of then said yes. Because why not.
In a WMC interview last week, Daniel Turbeville says, “If somebody wanted it, I would sell it, but I do think it would be best served if it were in a church or it’d be nice in a pastor’s office.”
For all the doubting Thomases out there, here’s the video of Treesus.
Tuberville owns the Mid-South Sawmilling in Millington. No word yet on what Tuberville plans to do with the tree trunk.
